		<description>Nice to see Google amend that bit. Seems it created quite a stir, as it was a heavy topic of debate across many sites.

Why corporations try to get away with clauses like what they originally had is beyond me. But this iteration seems more reasonable now.</description>

As noted &lt;a&gt;at &lt;i&gt;ars technica&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, Google has changed the EULA, removing all the stuff about you ceding all sorts of rights to content when you use the &quot;service&quot;.

Section 11 of the EULA now just contains the following text (at least as of this writing):

11.1 You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
