He's tired, sore, and perhaps a bit PO'ed that I can't give him any food or water yet; but I'm happier. Now we just have to wait out the lab results while I take care of his recovery. I have a dog, too, and I lost him once and it was horrible. Fortunately, someone found him (he was on the doorstep of the apartment building I lived in, and I lost him a long way from there!) and me, my family, and the dog were extremely happy to reunite. Anyway, I really hope Noggin will get well and the tests will give a negative result. Take care :) That’s really sad :(, best of wishes to you and your good friend.
